Order of comments
You can select commemnts to be ordered either ascending or descending. If you select "ascending" the first comment will stay at the top and each comment will be ordered below the previous. If you select "descending" each comment will be ordered above the previous.
Ajaxify comments
When Ajaxify comment checkbox is unchecked, you will see the following form:  When the Ajaxify checkbox is checked, this form will appear only after you click on the link "add your comment".
Note: In order this setting to take effect on the user, he/she should turn Ajax on in their settings.
Comments flat list (no tree)
When this option is switched on, there is no possibility to answer a particular comment by clicking a reply link on the bottom part of it. Comment flat list switched on:

Use WYSIWYG editor with comments
When you choose to use the WYSIWYG editor (TinyMCE editor), the comment form you open will be in TinyMce mode, otherwise - in plain text mode. Use WYSIWYG editor with comments: checked
